The responsibilities would include:
• On the Job training: Delivering Brand, Product and Technical Aftersales trainings.
• Skill Assessment & Training Need Identification
• Skill development through On the Job Training and Coaching.
• Training Delivery of curriculum modules
• Basic to expert level training delivery to dealers manpower.
• Process deployment & Implementation
• Certification coverage as per various levels defined.
• Training Nominations follow up.
• Debottlenecking of issues through collaboration with Regional Field Team and HO
• Manpower Engagement
• Timely escalation of issues observed to HO Training Team to prevent negative impact of brand and customer experience.
