- Monitor, analyze, and interpret dealer performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement comprehensive, tailored performance improvement strategies aligned with individual dealer needs and organizational objectives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments with dealers, providing constructive feedback, recognition, and support for achievements
- Identify skill gaps and training needs within the dealer network, facilitating targeted development programs and onboarding initiatives
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and strategic support to dealers to enhance their sales capabilities, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure dealer strategies align with broader organizational goals
- Prepare detailed performance reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key trends, challenges, and recommended actions
- Ensure dealer compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining transparency and accountability
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key dealers, serving as a strategic advisor and collaborative partner
- Drive accountability and ownership among dealers through clear goal-setting, performance tracking mechanisms, and regular communication
- Travel within the region as needed to conduct dealer visits, performance assessments, and relationship-building activities
