We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven UV Frontline Sales Consultant to join our sales team in Pune, India. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and representing our UV product portfolio to clients across the region. As a frontline sales professional, you will be the face of our organization, delivering exceptional customer experiences while achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential customers to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Present and demonstrate UV products and solutions to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions
- Conduct needs assessments with customers to understand their requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales deals while maintaining profitability
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and documentation in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams including product specialists, technical support, and operations to ensure seamless customer service
- Stay current with product knowledge, market trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position offerings
- Participate in sales training, team meetings, and professional development activities
