The Technical Content Researcher is responsible for creating technical content for the development team to meet client standards, carry out reviews , ensuring compliance with the agreements established with the client.
Assess designated businesses current processes, activities and cultures to prioritize areas for improvement
- Design and develop a structured technical training to deliver real and sustainable improvements in processes, communication and teamwork to deliver improved customer satisfaction and right first-time repairs.
- Work with SME’ to find technical content that fits the development of training modules.
- Design a range of training modules.
- Ensure standards are met for training material, student guides, and literature, are properly created
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to gather up-to-date information on products, technologies, and industry trends
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises
- Stay up to date with advancements in technology to continuously improve training content and delivery
- Collaborate with team members to identify training needs, develop training content documents, and create effectiveness of training programs
- Attend factory or brand-led events as a representative of the Client and MSX International ranging from Train the Trainer events to Product Launches
- Attend technical meetings with the client
- Report results to the Project Manager and to the client on the status of the project.
- Deliver improvements in several Key Performance Indicators
- Build a close working relationship with technical content and design team.
