Automotive: Market Tire Coach (MTC)

- Travel: Up to 80% (Overnight Travel Required)
Oversee tire program performance and growth as the subject matter expert in assortment, inventory, pricing, merchandising, and training. Collaborate with OEM and their partners, including Regional and Market teams, tire manufacturers, distributors, and the field team to achieve KPIs, enhance dealer execution, and increase market share. Develop and implement tire sales strategies, strengthen dealership relationships, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for tire operations, supporting Tire Inventory Management (TIM) tool implementation, setup, inventory control, pricing, product lineups, merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Enhance market and regional performance through effective sales planning, monthly performance reviews, and targeted recovery initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with tools, processes, and standards throughout OEM Dealer and partner operations.
- Provide field training and create job aids and playbooks to support operational excellence.
- Lead Tire KPI and BPR reviews with MSXI and OEM, translate insights into actionable strategies, and manage special projects to completion.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
