We are looking for a Genesys AI Specialist to design and implement AI-driven customer experience solutions within the Genesys Cloud CX platform. The role focuses on developing digital bots, agentic AI systems, and generative AI applications to enhance omnichannel customer journeys.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States (US citizenship required)
Responsibilities
Design and implement AI-powered CX solutions on Genesys Cloud.
Develop and optimize Digital Bots and AI Studio solutions (AI Guides, Agentic Virtual Agents, Copilots).
Integrate AI solutions with Genesys Architect flows, APIs, and external systems.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize AI-driven customer interactions and bot performance.
