We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in integrations and telecom carrier domains. The role focuses on UC/CCaaS platforms, carrier integrations, and communication services, ensuring seamless connectivity, data flow, and alignment with business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements related to integrations and carrier services
- Analyze and support UC/CCaaS platforms, carrier connections, and messaging flows
- Act as a bridge between business, IT, and integration teams, ensuring clear communication across all parties
- Support integrations involving carrier APIs, SIP/BYOC, and connector frameworks
- Analyze existing integration processes and propose improvements for scalability and efficiency
- Evaluate solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical constraints
- Contribute to project planning, tracking, and delivery coordination
- Develop test plans, support UAT, and validate integration scenarios
- Prepare and maintain documentation (requirements, process flows, integration specs, reports)
