We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build agent-facing desktop applications and backend services for contact center operations. This role involves developing real-time call handling interfaces, integrating voice authentication and fraud detection systems, and building scalable cloud-native applications on AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, modern frontend frameworks (preferably React), and cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop agent desktop interfaces for call handling, workflows, and real-time interactions
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python
- Integrate applications with contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect
- Implement voice authentication and fraud detection integrations (e.g., Pindrop)
- Design and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, DynamoDB)
- Optimize performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/logging (CloudWatch, Splunk)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for development and deployment
- Ensure secure coding practices and high-quality, testable code
