The Confirmed Project Manager is responsible for leading medium to large-scale software development or multidisciplinary initiatives from conception to delivery. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project risks, ensuring adherence to quality and timeline expectations, and acting as a key partner for internal and external stakeholders. A background or exposure to financial audit processes is considered a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
- Define project scope, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (developers, analysts, QA, designers, vendors, business experts).
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and audit requirements.
- Understand software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Required Profile
- Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.
- PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
- 5 years of experience in project management, with references.
- Experience in software development environments or multidisciplinary projects.
- Exposure to financial audit principles is a strong advantage.
