To lead and manage the Corporate Procurement across all Masdar and support cross-platform alignment, ensuring efficient, compliant, and value-driven sourcing for categories such as Professional Services, People & Culture, Marketing, Technology, and Corporate Services.
To develop and implement category management strategies that optimize cost, quality, sustainability, and service delivery, while embedding governance, standardization, and supplier relationship frameworks (BPAs, FWAs, MSAs, rate cards, rebates) to improve performance and mitigate risk.
To lead a team of category heads/managers and drive procurement capability development, stakeholder engagement, and analytics-enabled decision-making aligned with group-wide transformation initiatives
