- Playing an active role in projects and change initiatives, contributing insight and strategic thinking to help our platform evolve over time
- Using asset and financial data to support decision‑making and enhance product features, ensuring information flows smoothly into our tools and processes
- Building strong relationships with portfolio managers, investment teams and risk colleagues to understand what data they need and help deliver solutions that work for them
- Collaborating with product teams across the organisation to improve processes, share ideas and identify opportunities to make things work better
- Helping to co‑ordinate and deliver change across L&G, supporting smooth implementation and adoption
- Keeping customer outcomes at the heart of what you do, ensuring products and propositions are designed, reviewed and delivered in line with Consumer Duty principles
Who we're looking for:

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to approach problems in a structured and thoughtful way
- A track record of supporting or leading change within an investment or asset management setting; experience in pensions or Pension Risk Transfer is a plus but not essential
- Confidence working with investment data platforms and tools, and contributing to larger programmes or strategic initiatives
- The ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences and work collaboratively to prioritise and deliver improvements
- Experience using reporting and automation tools such as Power BI and Power Automate to generate insight and support better outcomes
