We’re recruiting an International Client Relationship Executive to join our Client Relationship function in London to provide an efficient and effective service and sales support service to one or more Client Relationship Manager’s and their portfolio of international clients.
This will be a 12 month fixed term contract.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and sales support on behalf of the Country Head and Client Directors, acting as the primary client contact
- Owning and coordinating the resolution of client enquiries, collaborating with internal experts and seeking guidance from Client Managers and Client Directors where required
- Providing high‑level technical support by understanding clients’ decision‑making processes and long‑term objectives, answering complex queries, and identifying business opportunities and risks
- Identifying and progressing leads and sales opportunities to maximise revenue growth
- Attending and leading client meetings, conference calls, and audit or operational meetings as required
- Demonstrating and developing deep technical knowledge of products, services, competitors, and the broader investment and economic landscape to discuss solutions with clients and consultants
- Preparing meeting and pitch materials while overseeing and supporting legal documentation, reports, and client‑specific data in line with investment strategies and client expectations
- Participating in and promoting a risk and conduct‑aware culture, maintaining awareness of Consumer Duty regulation and ensuring the delivery of good client and customer outcomes
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong overall investment knowledge including an understanding of the different investment vehicle options
- European language skills desirable (including German, Italian or Nordic) or experience working with European institutional clients
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current investment markets and economic issues
- Institutional investment product knowledge and index funds knowledge preferred
- Experience within the investment management industry
- Demonstrable track record of dealing with external clients and building significant relationships with external contacts
