KPMG’s Microsoft Business Solutions practice is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Solution Architect to shape, design and lead the delivery of enterprise-grade Microsoft solutions.
This role is ideal for a seasoned architect who enjoys solving complex business problems, influencing solution direction, mentoring others, and contributing to a growing high-performing team.
Key Responsibility
- Lead end‑to‑end design of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, high‑quality architectures
- Provide hands‑on technical leadership across multiple engagements
- Ensure delivery aligns with architectural best practices and organisational standards
- Advise clients on platform strategy, capability uplift, and long‑term sustainability
- Shape roadmaps and guide clients through business and technology transformation
- Champion the use of modern platform capabilities and emerging technologies
- Establish and maintain architecture standards, governance practices, and performance guidelines
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders at all levels
- Ensure alignment between architecture, delivery outcomes, and business objectives
- Lead architecture and design reviews
- Validate solutions against quality standards and architectural principles
- Contribute to pre‑sales, solution shaping, estimation, and proposal development
- Mentor others and contribute to reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices

- Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise‑scale Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform solutions
- Deep hands‑on knowledge of CE workloads: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights
- Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse
- Experience with Microsoft Azure including integration patterns, identity, security, and supporting services
- Hands‑on CI/CD experience using Azure DevOps or equivalent tooling
- Strong grasp of enterprise integration principles, API‑based patterns, and event‑driven architecture
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Leadership capabilities including mentoring, guidance, and autonomous technical decision‑making
