KPMG’s Global Mobility Advisory team delivers tax advisory and compliance services to support organisations and individuals with the tax implications of a globally mobile workforce. Our focus is on managing Australian and cross‑border tax obligations arising from employee mobility, including expatriate tax, foreign payroll, and equity‑based remuneration.
Your Opportunity
As a Senior Manager, you will lead the delivery of tax focused global mobility solutions, advising multinational organisations and internationally mobile employees on tax matters, compliance risk, and remuneration structuring. You will combine hands-on tax advisory work with technical leadership, client relationship management, and team development, working closely with the Delivery & Data Excellence (DDX) team to deliver high-quality, efficient outcomes.
You will work extensively with multinational organisations (including large global employers), high‑net‑worth individuals, and senior executives relocating to Australia, supporting both the organisation and the individual through the full mobility lifecycle.

Your Experience
To be successful, you will bring:
- Strong experience in Global Mobility and expatriate tax advisory.
- Proven ability to advise internationally mobile employees and senior executives on Australian tax obligations, residency, remuneration structures, and salary packaging
- Solid understanding of foreign and expatriate payroll, shadow payroll, and employee share scheme (ESS) reporting across cross‑border arrangements
- Experience supporting large multinational clients, managing complex compliance and advisory requirements
- Demonstrated capability overseeing and reviewing high‑quality technical tax compliance deliverables
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills, acting as a trusted adviser and escalation point
- Proven business development capability, including building client networks, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to proposals and market‑facing material
- Proven leadership experience, including developing high performing teams and driving quality, collaborative outcomes
