Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00am – 6:30pm
A day on the job looks like this:
- Assisting with the maintenance of employee records for our DC3 associate population
- Auditing and updating employee data via HRIS reporting and Excel
- Running regular and ad hoc reports for HR and management
- Employee Support: Assisting employees with their questions, escalating where appropriate.
- Supporting the HR team with project-based work related to benefits, HRIS, compliance, etc.
- Administrative tasks: Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documentation, maintaining records and files, and entering and processing financial data
- Payroll: Assisting with payroll functions as needed
- Hiring: Coordinating hiring activities, assisting with new employee setup, training, and onboarding, and schedules
- Events: Coordinating employer-sponsored events, assisting at events
- Completing other tasks as needed by the department
