The Marketing Manager leads the planning and delivery of marketing activity across campaigns, content, events and partnerships. Working with senior stakeholders and the wider Marketing & Design team, you will drive multi‑channel initiatives aligned to business priorities and brand standards, ensuring disciplined project management, consistent execution and clear performance reporting.
The role suits a marketer ready to take management‑level ownership, able to design and run defined programmes end‑to‑end, manage stakeholders confidently, and contribute to broader marketing governance, strategy, and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end‑to‑end development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives.
- Own campaign planning and execution, including messaging, channel strategy, timelines, budgets and delivery governance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across service lines to define objectives, manage scope and maintain momentum.
- Brief and manage internal creative/digital teams and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand outputs.
- Drive content strategy and development across written, video, digital and experiential formats to strengthen brand presence.
- Identify and activate opportunities to showcase expertise through events, communications, client engagement and targeted digital activity.
- Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of events, sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring strong brand alignment and value realisation.
- Manage priority third‑party relationships and suppliers, maintaining quality standards, timelines and budget control.
- Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, translating insights into continuous improvement and more effective delivery.
- Act as a trusted marketing advisor, applying governance standards, improving processes and ensuring consistent national execution.
