Workforce & Capability Design
- Design and implement capability frameworks, competency models, and skills architectures aligned to current and future business needs
- Develop workforce transition strategies, including role redesign, capacity planning, and workforce optimisation
- Define behavioural frameworks and performance expectations that reinforce organisational values and desired culture
- Support the development of target operating models (TOMs) and organisation structures at functional or unit level
Change & Culture Interventions
- Lead the design and execution of change management strategies for defined business units or transformation initiatives
- Deliver culture transformation programmes, including diagnostics, interventions, and behavioural reinforcement mechanisms
- Facilitate leadership alignment sessions, workshops, and coaching engagements to drive ownership of change
- Embed new ways of working through structured interventions, communication, and reinforcement strategies
Transformation Readiness & Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct organisational readiness assessments to evaluate preparedness for transformation initiatives
- Perform stakeholder mapping and influence analysis to identify key actors, risks, and engagement priorities
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans tailored to different audience groups
- Monitor adoption levels and resistance points, recommending corrective actions where necessary
Strategic Alignment & Integration
- Translate enterprise and business unit strategy into practical people, culture, and workforce initiatives
- Ensure alignment between transformation programmes and organisational objectives, avoiding fragmentation across workstreams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate people initiatives with operational, digital, and business transformation efforts
- Provide ongoing advisory support to ensure consistency between design intent and execution outcomes
Insight Generation & Recommendation Development
- Design and execute data collection approaches, including interviews, focus groups, surveys, and document reviews
- Analyse and synthesise qualitative and quantitative data to identify themes, risks, and opportunities
- Develop structured, evidence-based recommendations to inform decision-making and refine transformation strategies
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and executive briefings
Project & Delivery Ownership
- Own delivery of defined project workstreams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate and supervise consultants and analysts, providing guidance and quality assurance on outputs
- Track progress against milestones and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues
- Maintain strong client engagement throughout delivery, ensuring expectations are managed and outcomes achieved .
Commercial & Practice Contribution
- Support proposal development and solution design, contributing expertise to client bids and pitches
- Identify opportunities for scope expansion, cross-sell, or follow-on engagements within active projects
- Contribute to thought leadership, including reports, insights, and market-facing content in the People Transformation space
- Support capability building within the practice through mentoring and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Minimum of 10–15 years' experience in management consulting, organisational development, or HR transformation. Demonstrated expertise in capability framework design, change management, workforce strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven track record of owning and delivering complex consulting workstreams with strong project management, client communication, and business development capabilities. Experience working across multiple sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
- Professional certification in at least one of the following is required: CIPM*, CIPD, SHRM-SCP/CP, or Prosci Change Management. A project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is an added advantage. *Statutory
