40 hours per week. You will work primarily with US-based clients, most of whom are in California. This means late afternoon to late evening hours in Israel are required for client-facing work.

Core hours: 10 AM – 6 PM EST

We understand that working US hours from Israel means your evenings are occupied. You are welcome to take several hours off on certain evenings during the week — dinner with friends, family time, whatever you need. The 40 hours need to get done, but how you distribute them across the week is up to you.
Israel - Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, and Haifa

This is a closing role. We are being extremely direct about what this job actually is so you can decide if it’s right for you before applying.
At any given point, Pearl has 18–25 open deals in the sales pipeline. Roughly 85%+ are inbound leads through our website. We need an AE who can run the full sales cycle from discovery call through close. That’s it. That’s the job.
Here’s the part most job descriptions skip: these deals don’t close themselves over email. After the discovery call, you will need to make phone calls, send follow-up emails, and stay on top of every deal with consistent, high-touch outreach. Some prospects are easy and close over email. Many are half-interested and require persistent, professional follow-up over the phone to bring them across the finish line. If phone-heavy follow-up isn’t something you enjoy doing, this role is not for you.
You’ll work closely with:
You will directly contribute to monthly and annual revenue growth by closing high-velocity deals with US-based clients. You will improve pipeline health and conversion rates through disciplined CRM usage and consistent follow-up. Your work will strengthen long-term client trust by ensuring smooth post-close handoffs and relationship continuity. You will help maintain high close rates while preserving a premium client experience. Your insights will influence sales messaging, process optimization, and client feedback loops.
