We’re hiring a highly strategic and execution-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale B2B growth across multiple marketing channels.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands how to build pipeline, drive qualified leads, and connect marketing directly to revenue outcomes. You’ll oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives including paid advertising, outbound campaigns, SEO, email marketing, social media, and demand generation.
This is not a passive coordination role — we’re looking for someone who can think strategically while remaining hands-on with execution, optimization, reporting, and growth initiatives.
You’ll work closely with leadership and sales teams to improve customer acquisition, optimize funnel performance, and scale marketing systems that generate measurable business growth.
• Develop and execute full-funnel B2B marketing strategies focused on pipeline growth
• Drive inbound and outbound lead generation initiatives across multiple channels
• Build scalable marketing systems that generate qualified MQLs and SQLs
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and revenue contribution
• Manage and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
• Monitor CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel performance
• Test audiences, creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve results
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability
• Support content marketing initiatives that improve brand authority and organic traffic
• Collaborate on SEO strategy, keyword targeting, and website optimization
• Improve website conversion rates through funnel and landing page optimization
• Align messaging across paid, outbound, and organic channels
• Manage and optimize marketing workflows inside HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
• Build automated nurture sequences and lead management systems
• Maintain organized reporting dashboards and marketing performance tracking
• Improve attribution, reporting visibility, and campaign analytics
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align marketing with revenue goals
• Lead, mentor, or coordinate with internal marketing team members and vendors
• Present campaign performance insights and growth recommendations to leadership
• Identify operational bottlenecks and improve marketing execution systems

• 5+ years of B2B digital marketing or growth marketing experience
• Experience in leadership roles such as Senior Marketing Manager, Growth Lead, or Head of Marketing
• Proven track record driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth
• Strong expertise with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and HubSpot
• Experience managing multi-channel demand generation campaigns
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with performance-driven decision making
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience in service-based businesses, agencies, SaaS, or professional services
• Familiarity with outbound marketing and sales enablement workflows
• Experience managing or mentoring marketing team members
• Strong understanding of B2B attribution and conversion tracking
• Experience improving website conversion rates and funnel optimization
A Senior Digital Marketing Manager’s day revolves around driving pipeline growth, optimizing campaigns, and improving marketing performance. You will:
