As a Swedish-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to Swedish-speaking players, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and empathetic support to Swedish-speaking players across multiple communication channels such as chat, email, and social media.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and address player issues efficiently and accurately.
• Collect and report player feedback to relevant teams to enhance game features and support services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of player interactions and support requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize support workflows and improve the overall player experience.
• Contribute to the development and updating of support documentation and knowledge base materials.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish is required; proficiency in English is preferred. Please clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with players.
• Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
