Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking a Swedish-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring user-generated content, managing safety incidents, and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance with community standards and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate content to enforce digital trust and safety policies for the Swedish-speaking community.
• Address user safety concerns promptly and provide support as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve digital safety processes and strategies.
• Analyze safety trends, compile reports, and provide insights to enhance platform security.
• Keep abreast of industry regulations and best practices in digital trust and safety.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is required.
• Proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Clearly communicate your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation assistance may be available.
