As a Spanish-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to Spanish-speaking players, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. You will work within a collaborative and dynamic team focused on maximizing player satisfaction and engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Respond to player queries in Spanish through various channels including chat, email, and social media.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues effectively and with empathy.
• Gather player feedback and communicate insights to the relevant teams to improve game features and support services.
• Keep accurate records of player interactions and support cases.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and overall player experience.
• Help create and update support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal, is required. Please clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).

• Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
