Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to food delivery services, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
