Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues related to tobacco products.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support quality improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
