Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, assist with product selection, and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately to aid in improving service quality.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Engage in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or a fitness-related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
