Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with airline reservations, inquiries, and resolve any travel-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions with customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and partners to ensure a smooth and fulfilling customer experience.
- Engage in training sessions to stay updated on travel regulations and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
