Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary consultant for Spanish-speaking clients, understanding their specific SaaS and cloud computing needs.
- Provide tailored advice and recommendations to optimize their cloud strategy and operations.
- Support clients during the onboarding phase, assisting with implementation challenges and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Conduct training sessions and informational webinars to empower clients in using our SaaS products effectively.
- Gather and evaluate client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and advancements in SaaS and cloud computing technology.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your application.
- Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or a related technical consulting role is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in business settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
