As a Slovak-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to Slovak-speaking players, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience. You will work within a collaborative and dynamic team committed to player satisfaction and community engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Respond to player inquiries in Slovak via chat, email, and social media channels.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve player issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Gather player feedback and share insights with relevant teams to help improve game features and support services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of player interactions and support requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance support workflows and overall player experience.
• Contribute to the creation and updating of support documentation and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and verbal, is required. Please clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
