Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking a Slovak-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our vibrant team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers a chance to contribute to the safety and integrity of digital platforms serving Slovak-speaking users within a dynamic international environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring digital content, identifying and mitigating risks, and collaborating with internal teams to uphold community standards and enhance user safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess user-generated content to ensure compliance with trust and safety guidelines tailored to Slovak-speaking communities.
• Respond promptly to safety concerns and user inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective digital safety strategies and workflows.
• Analyze safety trends and prepare reports to support continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with relevant regulations, policies, and industry best practices in digital safety.

Requirements

• Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is required.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation assistance may be available.
