As a Romanian-Speaking Player Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to Romanian-speaking players, helping them resolve inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering a top-tier gaming experience. Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent player support to Romanian-speaking users through various channels such as chat, email, and forums.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve player-related issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze player feedback to contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational processes and resolve complex player concerns.
- Help develop and implement best practices for player support services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Romanian is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in customer support or gaming-related roles is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with players.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork capabilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (fully sponsored relocation package provided).
