As a Romanian-Speaking Player Support Specialist at Supercell Games, you will be responsible for delivering excellent support to Romanian-speaking players, ensuring they have an outstanding gaming experience. You will be part of a collaborative, innovative team dedicated to player satisfaction and community building.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Respond to player inquiries in Romanian via various communication channels including chat, email, and social media.
• Investigate and resolve player issues effectively and empathetically.
• Gather and share player feedback to support product and service improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of player interactions and support tickets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance support processes and player experiences.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base content.

Requirements

• Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and verbal, is required. Please clearly indicate your native language and nationality in your application (C.V. and/or Cover Letter).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Eligibility and willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.
