Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing comprehensive product information.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while assisting customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Participate in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but not essential.
