Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Efficiently manage customer inquiries, assist with hotel bookings, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately to assist in enhancing service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members and hotel partners to ensure an unparalleled customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on hospitality trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous, but not mandatory.
