Your Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and any issues related to airline reservations.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members and airline partners to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on products, services, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
