In this role, you will be responsible for moderating user-generated content in Portuguese across our social media platforms. Your Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content in Portuguese on our social media platforms.
- Ensure compliance with community guidelines to promote a safe online environment.
- Identify and report inappropriate content or behavior in a timely manner.
- Engage with the online community to encourage positive interactions.
- Provide valuable feedback to enhance moderation processes.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and friendly atmosphere.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- A strong interest in social media and community management.
- Experience in content moderation is a plus but not required.
