What You’ll Own
Lead Outreach & Prospect Engagement
- Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to attorneys
- Introduce services and initiate conversations
- Ask smart questions to:
- Understand needs
- Qualify interest
- Navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers
- Engage prospects professionally and confidently
Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team
- Coordinate availability across calendars
- Confirm meetings and ensure prospects are prepared
- Maintain clean and accurate scheduling records
Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing
- Execute consistent follow-up sequences
- Re-engage interested prospects over time
- Handle objections professionally
- Continue conversations until:
- A meeting is booked, or
- A clear decision is made
CRM & Lead Management
- Log all activities in CRM systems like:
- Track lead progress and update statuses
- Maintain clean, structured records of all interactions
- Ensure no lead or follow-up is missed

Requirements (Must-Have)
Core Experience
- 1–2+ years in:
- Appointment Setting
- SDR / BDR
- Sales Development
- Strong outbound outreach experience
- Experience handling follow-ups and nurturing leads
Skills
- Excellent verbal English communication
- Confident objection handling
- Experience using:
- CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Scheduling tools (Calendly, Google Calendar, etc.)
- Strong organization and time management
- Reliable internet and professional remote setup
