As a Fitbit Product Support Specialist, you will provide outstanding technical support to Portuguese-speaking customers, helping them resolve issues and utilize their Fitbit devices effectively. Your Responsibilities
- Offer high-quality product support for Fitbit devices to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Advise customers on maximizing their Fitbit product experience.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Work closely with other departments to escalate complex cases and contribute to service improvements.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay up-to-date with Fitbit product developments and updates.
Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is a must. Clearly indicate your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong technical aptitude and enthusiasm for wearable technology.
- Experience in customer service or product support is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation fully covered.
