Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking a skilled Polish-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist, you will monitor user content, mitigate potential risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the enforcement of community standards and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate digital content to ensure adherence to trust and safety guidelines for Polish-speaking communities.
• Respond to and resolve user concerns related to digital trust and safety.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve safety protocols and workflows.
• Monitor trends in safety issues and generate reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving regulations and best practices in digital trust and safety.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is required.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation assistance may be offered.
