Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary consultant for Polish-speaking clients, understanding their specific SaaS and cloud computing needs.
- Provide customized guidance and solutions to optimize their cloud infrastructure.
- Support clients during the onboarding process and address any technical challenges that arise.
- Conduct training sessions and webinars to empower clients in effectively using our SaaS products.
- Gather client feedback and insights to identify areas for service improvement and innovation.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and advancements in SaaS and cloud computing.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your application.
- Previous experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or a relevant consulting role is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their applications within business environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver effective client solutions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
