As a Back Office Gaming Support professional, you will provide specialized support to Polish-speaking players, ensuring an exceptional gaming experience through efficient and accurate back office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver back office support to Polish-speaking players, addressing escalated issues and complex queries effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve player-related concerns promptly.
- Manage sensitive player accounts, transaction records, and related data with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Evaluate support workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and implementation.
- Maintain precise documentation of support activities and operational procedures.
- Participate in ongoing initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish is mandatory; knowledge of English is advantageous. Please clearly specify your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in back office support or a similar role within the gaming industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
