Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support for Fitbit products to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot device issues, provide detailed product guidance, and assist customers in optimizing their Fitbit experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and improve service quality.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on Fitbit product developments and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Clearly state your native language and nationality on your CV and/or cover letter.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially within technology or consumer electronics, is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation fully covered by the company.
