Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed information about fitness and sports equipment.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and meet team objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about products and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the fitness or retail sectors, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude with proactive problem-solving capabilities.
