Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to Nordic-speaking customers regarding electronic products.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Guide customers in understanding product features and functionalities.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions to improve service quality.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about the latest technologies and products.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace a new cultural experience.
