Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients in the Mobile Banking Services Department via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding mobile banking products and services, resolving issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with mobile banking trends and developments.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or in the banking industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
