Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients within the logistics sector through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their shipments, deliveries, and logistics-related questions, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with logistic teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about logistics trends and service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support or logistics is a plus but not essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
