Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is currently seeking a Lithuanian-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the safety and trustworthiness of digital platforms served to Lithuanian-speaking users.

As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring user-generated content, evaluating potential risks, and collaborating with internal teams to uphold community standards and enhance digital safety measures.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess digital content to enforce trust and safety guidelines for Lithuanian-speaking communities.
• Engage proactively with users to address trust and safety concerns and offer support.
• Work cross-functionally to improve safety protocols and develop new strategies.
• Analyze trends related to digital safety and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Stay informed about evolving regulations and best practices in digital trust and safety.

Requirements

• Fluency in Lithuanian (spoken and written) is required.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation assistance may be available.
