Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service support to Lithuanian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Effectively respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a warm and professional attitude in all interactions with customers.
- Document customer communications accurately in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and services.
Requirements
- Fluency in Lithuanian (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage.
- Able to thrive in a lively, multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new software.
