Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is seeking an Italian-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to maintaining safe and trustworthy digital platforms for Italian-speaking users within a dynamic and international work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring user-generated content, identifying potential safety issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold community guidelines and digital safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate digital content for compliance with trust and safety policies tailored to Italian-speaking communities.
• Proactively engage with users to address safety concerns and provide support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve safety processes and strategies.
• Analyze safety trends and produce reports for management consideration.
• Stay current with applicable regulations, trends, and best practices in digital trust and safety.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is required.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Clearly state your native language and nationality in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; relocation assistance may be offered.
