Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients in the logistics sector via various communication channels.

- Document all customer interactions diligently and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
