Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to Disney + services, resolving issues and providing detailed information.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to remain informed about Disney + offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

• Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong enthusiasm for customer service and knowledge of the entertainment industry, especially Disney.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
